Two new training programmes every two weeks in line with your progressions
Set up on my Eton Fitness training app where we will track all of your progress and where you will access your workouts with video instruction for each exercise
Critique of form and technique of the exercises you do via video, and I will provide additional video instruction if it’s needed
I will guide you with your calories and macronutrients. I will calculate your calorie and protein targets but I can’t tell you what to eat and when to eat it
I will provide you with dietary parameters that you can incorporate into your lifestyle, monitoring and adjusting these to suit as you progress toward your goals
Throughout our training I will educate you with the scientific knowledge for training and nutrition you will need for lifelong success
You will recieve 60 healthy and delicious recipes for ideas and inspiration, each recipe comes with complete nutritional breakdown and a handy bar code to scan into a diet tracking app
Contact with me whenever you need it, I aim to respond to any questions or queries that day, providing you are based in the UK. If we are in different time zones it may be a little longer!
You will be added to my closed FB group for support from myself and my Eton Fitness Massive (fellow clients) where you get a private, weekly live Q & A in this group
£40 per week, which is less than I charge for a 1 to 1 Personal Training session!

EtonFitness is me, Hannah Walker.
I found my passion for getting strong and rebuilding my body 6 months after having my son. I was underweight, skinny, saggy and ate a terrible diet. I began a journey that made me physically and mentally strong, and one which has led me to working with fellow women and mums, helping empower them with the knowledge in nutrition and training they need to build physical strength and body confidence.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with Pre and Post Natal Exercise Prescription. REP’s registered and fully insured.
